Traditional Saudi costume and Arab women

Verse 7:26 of the Holy Quran, the Holy Bible of the Islamic countries, including Saudi Arabia,   provides that:
"O children of Adam, We have bestowed upon you clothing to conceal your private parts and as adornment. But the clothing of righteousness - that is best. That is from the signs of Allah that perhaps they will remember."
Anent the foregoing guideline, the Arab males and females are enjoined to follow said standard  of decency  without any reservation, not subject to human whims. Adherence to the strict law fixed and standardized by Allah would help them retain an air of honor, respect and politeness. Likewise, it allows  them to conduct their lives with respect, dignity and modesty even when they are in foreign lands.
To protect and guard local Arab women's virtue,   dignity and honor, they must   wear hijab,    headscarf as well as  an ankle length, long sleeve and high necktie full length  traditional black overgarment, when in public. Their hair, face and hands are totally covered.  A shirt or vest should cover their elbows. Otherwise, religious police will call their attention by directing them to cover their hair immediately.
Just like Saudi women, local male Muslims  should wear a white robe with sleeves commonly called thobe with a traditional and distinctive head covering  called a ghutra, a white or red and white checkered cloth. When attending formal occasions and in beaches, they are encouraged to wear national dress.
Not only local Saudis, but visitors and foreign workers as well, should adhere the dress code observing proper conduct not offensive to Muslim nationals. Men should not wear traditional Saudi costume  but rather  to dress modestly in suits and ties during business meetings. On the other hand, women should wear either  business suits, including skirts, below knee-length and ankle-length and headscarf or the traditional black overgarment.
