What Countries to be Considered as Arab???

The answer for the question is not as simple as it looks to be. However, hearing the word “Arab”, in general generates a feeling in our minds a Muslim nation living in areas close to Israel and in Saudi Arabia along with Gulf States; while it is far from being a whole scene; Arabs comprising apart from Muslims living in the below mentioned geographical region to Christians particularly living in parts of Lebanon and Syria and some Hebrews from Israel. 
Geographically the Arab world is considered that part of the globe which encompasses the region from the east of northern Africa to the Arabian Sea and its north to south boundaries extends from north of Mediterranean sea to the extent of Horn of Africa and the Indian Ocean.  In general language dominates this area are mostly with different Arabic dialects , though other languages ​​are also in practice in this area .
Can ask the Arabs as a nation and what is the definition of a nation? The Oxford Dictionary defines the nation . " Large group of people united by a common origin , history , culture, or language , inhabiting a state or territory . Particular " Through this definition, we can not consider Arabs as a nation because apart from the other indicators languages ​​such as same culture, the same traditions, along with national Board itself , and above all, an area or a specific piece of land is not common in different countries among Arabic speakers . Certainly , we consider them as a group of people who live in a different continent speak the same language .

21 countries are meeting the criteria of UNESCO as Arab countries. However Wikipedia includes the Palestinian Authority, which governs over parts of West Bank and Gaza Strip as an Arab state. Following is a list of Arab Countries.
