Unlike it’s western counterparts, Saudi Christmas traditions are a bit different in the sense that as Saudi is an Islamic state so and public celebrations are rare. Despite of that, Christmas is quite a popular festival here due to more and more spreading international culture all over the country. People from all walks of life join these celebrations either directly or indirectly. Restaurant owners serve special seasonal dinners and beverages. There are boutiques offering special holiday dresses and special discounts. Although the place is not fully involved in that but there is a festive whiff all over the place. Tourism in Saudi Arabia flourishes specially in this part of the year. People from all over the world come and join the local celebrations.
