National Animal of Saudi Arabia

The term “National Animal of Saudi Arabia” is refer to Camel. The word “camel” in Arab society means ' beautiful '. This animal became a symbol of struggle and survive of Saudi Arabia Society. It is one of the reason why camels are honoured  as a national animal for  Saudi Arabia Society. Camel can travel longer without water is due to their blood cell that oval form. The blood cell  would be easier to flow when camels  were thirsty instead of clumping as it does humans blood. Camel is the only mammal that has an oval -shaped red blood cells.  Camel can drink up to 40 gallons of water in a single trip.  Their body temperature ranges from 34 degrees Celsius at night and 42 degrees Celsius during the day. Camel would not sweat unless their body temperature has exceeded 41 degrees Celsius.
