Lifestyle is the living condition, behavior and habits that are typical and are chosen by people in a particular geographical area. Lifestyle in Saudi Arabia is very different from any lifestyle you have been living especially if you are a first time traveler to this country. You will be total surprise by the way persons are living here; businesses here are run in very extraordinary way, in a day, they open their businesses five times. 
This means that between the 12hours of a day, there are intervals breaks for prayers. Every prayer meeting last only for minutes and they go back to their business. According to the Muslim laws, it is a must for every Muslim to go for prayers during the prayer time set, if you are a non-Muslim, then you will have to wait until they reopen after prayers. You will also be surprised that there are two types of police in Saudi Arabia, the religious police and the common police. Religious police duty is to ensure that everything is done according to the law. They also have authority to check work permissions, passports and to assert that the travelling couples are related.
Surprises are still not yet over, in Saudi Arabia, men and women are not allowed to interact freely in public. A man is only allowed to walk around either with his wife, sister or mother. Women are only allowed to work in certain designated area under the following professions; Teaching, Nursing and Doctoring. Moreover, Saudi Arabia is the only county in the world where women has no right to drive. Drivers are hired for them or their husbands will drive for them. If you take alcohol and somehow cannot do without it, then dare visit Saudi Arabia, you will crave to your knees. Alcohol here is not allowed by law. Other things like drug trafficking and smuggling are also prohibited. 
You are liable to be punished if you are caught with them. Contrary to this, Saudi Arabia is a country where you can save a lot of money you want. Since entertainment is rare in this country, the only things that you will have to spend your money on are bills, rent and your monthly upkeep. These are just a fraction of your total income, they come very cheaply. Health facilities, schools and shopping mall are all at your convenient place.
