Formal dinners and celebrations in Saudi Arabia

Formal dinners and celebrations in Saudi Arabia
Essential to any cooking in the Arabian Peninsula is the idea of welcome and kindness. Meals are usually huge family matters, with much giving and a lot of comfort over the table. Official food and parties usually include bulk of lamb, and every event requires bulk of Persia java. In an average West Arabic state household, a guest might expect a evening meal made up of a very huge plate, distributed commonly, with a number of grain, including lamb or hen, or both, individual recipes, with various stewed fresh veggies, intensely spiced, sometimes with a tomato based marinade. Most likely there would be several other less satisfying items on the side. Tea would certainly go along with the meal, as it is almost regularly absorbed. Coffee would be included as well.
