It’s not uncommon for followers of any religion to honor a prophet but also their birth places. Islam’s last and according to tradition, greatest prophet, Mohammad was born in Arabia. His zeal for Allah and the compilation of the revelations he got from Allah to create the Muslim’s sacred book, the Koran, embedded him firmly as the key figure of Islam and ultimately his homeland, Saudi Arabia got to play a significant role on Muslims as Islam’s center on virtue of hosting the Ka’aba which unifies all Muslims across the globe.
