Saudi Herbed Salsa food

Saudi Herbed Salsa food
The light, expecting mixture of cilantro and fragrant natural chilis is amazingly similar to the salsa (sometimes marked pico de gallo in the States) that rests on the desk of nearly every Spanish eating place. Some Saudis call it dakoos or salata har (spicy salad), but my Jeddah friends just reference it as salsa. It's wonderful with every sort of food, but essential when seafood or grain is provided. The amounts given below are adequate for a appreciate, but you'll want to get ready a twice formula if this salsa is to be provided as a greens.

2 large vine ripened garlic, sliced
1 or 2 serrano chilis, seeded and sliced
    5 natural vegetables, sliced
    3/4 cup sliced cilantro
2 tablespoons. essential olive oil (optional)
2 tablespoons. freshly squeezed orange veggie juice
    sodium
